Why you click send

Dollar Outreach queues the step, paces it, and prefills the text - then stops. The last inch is your finger, and that inch is the design.

Every outreach tool has the same demo: a dashboard, a queue, and a promise that you can “set it and forget it.” We built the opposite. Dollar Outreach ends every message the same way - with you, reading it, clicking send.

Here is why that inch of friction is the whole product.

What the extension does

Dollar Outreach lives in a sidebar on the LinkedIn page you already have open. It knows your campaign steps, pulls the next lead, waits out the pacing timer, and prefills the message box with the text you wrote (variables filled, first name spelled right). It remembers what already went out, so nobody gets the same “quick question” twice.

What it never does

It never fires alone. No send happens without your click, on your screen, in your browser. Close the tab and everything politely waits. There is no cloud worker sending on your behalf at 4 AM, because that is exactly the pattern LinkedIn’s detection teams write queries for.

We prefill. You read. You click. That order never changes.

The two reasons

Detection. LinkedIn does not need to see your extensions to suspect automation. It watches behavior: timing, regularity, sessions that act while the account is otherwise dark. A real click inside a real browsing session, paced like a person, looks like what it is - a person. The last inch being manual is what makes the rest of the help invisible.

Regret. Anyone who has run outreach long enough has one story about the message they wish had not gone out. The wrong first name. The prospect who just posted about a layoff. The follow-up that landed forty minutes after the reply. A mandatory read-and-click step means nothing leaves your account that you didn’t actually agree to, ten seconds before it left.

What this costs you

About a second per send, and the ability to pretend outreach is fully hands-off. It isn’t, and tools that promise otherwise are selling you their risk profile, not yours. You bring the judgment; the sidebar brings the queue, the pacing, and the memory. Five dollars a month, and your finger keeps its job.
