Privacy notice

Where your work runs

Dollar Outreach is a Chrome extension that works in your own browser, on your own LinkedIn session. Your LinkedIn password and session cookies stay in your browser; we never see, store, or transmit them. Every send is clicked by you.

What we store, and why

Our backend (Supabase) stores:

• Your account email - to sign you in and tie your subscription to you.
• Your campaigns - the steps you build and the message templates you write.
• Your leads - the names, headlines, profile URLs, and LinkedIn identifiers of the people you add to a campaign.
• Outreach state - what went out, when, what is queued, and replies the extension has seen, so nothing sends twice.
• Subscription status - active or not, and your billing cycle. Not your card.

Analytics

We use PostHog in two separate projects: on the marketing site (pageviews, autocapture, session replay) and inside the app (product telemetry). Neither feeds an ad network.

Payments

Freemius is our merchant of record: they handle your card, VAT, and invoices under their own privacy policy. We receive only your email and subscription status.

Who else sees your data

Only the vendors that run the service: Supabase (database and auth), PostHog (analytics), Freemius (payments), Vercel (hosting). We do not sell or rent your data or your leads' data.

Your controls

Email support@dollaroutreach.com to export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your campaigns, leads, and outreach history from our backend. Removing the extension removes its local data.
